YouTube's Continued Enshittification

The enshittification of YouTube continues with the introduction of Premium Lite stripping away all of full versions and only giving you fewer ads. Only now that's being changed with the frequency of ads going up.

Which begs a very valid question, WTF was the point of even introducing the plan in the first place?

I think the most obnoxious part here is that Youtube/Google is basically having their cake and eating it too by double dipping a paid service with ads. They're one of the richest companies out there. Isn't enough enough?
